I’m Dr. Sherree Davis, an experienced counselor, educator, and life coach dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and step into the best version of themselves. My mission is to create a safe, affirming space—especially for individuals in underserved or minority communities—to explore their emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges without judgment.

With over a decade of experience working with teens, adults, families, and students, I’ve seen firsthand how stress, trauma, identity, relationships, and transitions can impact everyday life. My approach is warm, relatable, and culturally responsive. I believe in blending therapeutic support with practical strategies you can use immediately in your day-to-day life.

I use an integrative lens that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered counseling, strengths-based coaching, mindfulness, and solution-focused work. Together, we’ll uncover the tools, insight, and clarity you need to move forward confidently.

Yes. All sessions are held virtually for convenience, privacy, and flexibility.
